Do you do Virus and Spyware Removal?

I need to host or build a website. Would you be able to assist me building a website?

  • Yes, We do website and can host them, this includes E-Commerce Stores.
  • Website hosting

Will my data be safe?

  • Yes, your data will be safe; before we carry out any complex repair a backup of your data will be taken.
  • On data recovery repair this process depends on the state of the hard drive/flash drive.

What Are Your Opening Hours?

  • We are open 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Thursday
  • We do after hours, this need to be arranged (After Hours until 8 PM)
  • We are open 9 AM - 3:00 PM Friday

Do you visit homes and businesses?

  • Yes, we are able to visit your premises.
  • We prefer to diagnose the problem in its environment

What forms of payment do you take?

  • We accept Cash, electronic transfers and PayPal.

What can be done about my data?

  • We are one of the few on-site repair companies that transfer your data across to your new laptop/pc.
  • We transfer your data after a new hard drive was installed or OS was repaired.

Can I drop my computer off?

  • Yes, of course, We do advise you call first to make sure we are in the office and not popped out to visit customers.

  • Is it worth repairing my computer, or should I just get a new one?

We can take a look at your computer and give you a better idea whether it is worth fixing or investing in a new computer. We will give you our most honest and trusted advice. If you decide to get a new computer, we offer data transfer services to help you transfer your data from your old computer to your new computer.

Is there a call out fee charge?

  • We have two callout fee for customer Under 15KM at R250
  • Over 16KM at R400
  • It will be R250 or R400 + R380 Per Hour

How long will it take to repair my computer / Network?

  • On average, our turnaround time is 3-5h On-Site.
  • Once your computer has been diagnosed, we can give you a better estimate,
  • 90 % of a problem are fixed On-Site.

Do you offer Express Service and is there limitations?

  • Yes, we do offer Express Service at a cost of R500 per hour before 5 pm.
  • You will need to call and make an appointment Same Day.
  • Not all Computers issues and Network issues are eligible for express service.

Do you do Virus or/and Spyware Removal?

My Screen is broken/cracked. Can you replace this?

  • Yes, we can replace broken/cracked screens. We first remove the cracked/broken screen to obtain the correct model number that can only be found on the backside of the laptop screen.
  • We then order a replacement screen from one of our re-sellers. Shipping takes up to 4-5 business days After Quote has to be accepted & Paid for. As soon as we receive the replacement screen, we complete the repair.
  • If it's a flat screen or LCD we can replace the item.
  • If no stock shipping take up to 4 weeks

Data Lost! Can you recover my data?

  • Yes, we can.
  • We offer data recovery services. If your hard drive is not physically damaged and does not display any signs of internal damage (for example beeping and/or clicking noises), we can recover your data.
  • If we cannot recover your data, we charge a small fee for the time spent trying to recover your data and will recommend a data specialist in the area.

Do you fix monitors and printers?

  • We can troubleshoot your printer by servicing software and driver problems or connection issues.
  • We do not fix hardware related issues with printers or monitors. However, we can troubleshoot to access whether your monitor needs to be replaced.
